Our Shipping/Order Policies

Volume Discount Information:
Kakar Jewelry offers a volume discount to all customers and does not require a business license to take advantage of these great discounts! Our shopping cart will automatically deduct your discount when you check out.
Discount Levels on Kazuri Beads only, (excluding shipping charges):
- For orders over $250 - receive a 30% discount
- For orders over $1000 - receive a 50% discount
If you do not wish to order online, please call us, email us, or fax us your order and we will be happy to contact you regarding shipping and payment information.
Forms of Payment:
We accept Paypal and all American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards and checks as payment for your order.
Shipping Policies:
We will make every effort possible to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. When I receive your order, I will inform you via e-mail of the approximate time of delivery.
We ship First Class for orders under $150 with delivery confirmation through the US Post Office.
Shipments over $150 are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation through the US Post Office.

- $151.00 - $349.00 = $6.50
- $350.00 - $499.00 = $8.50
- $500.00+ = $12.50
We do not ship outside of the United States.

Special Orders
If you require larger quantities than we normally carry of an item, please feel free to email us and request a Special Order.
Returns
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. If an error was made on our part, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with part or all of your order, please feel free to return unsatisfactory items in their original condition within 15 days of the date on your invoice for a refund, less shipping charges, to the credit card used to make the purchase.
